Role Overview
As a Technical Support specialist, you will provide timely assistance to clients and internal teams, resolving software, hardware, and network issues. You’ll help maintain system performance, data security, and smooth operation of all IT resources.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance for software, ERP systems, and web applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
- Document issues, solutions, and client interactions accurately.
- Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting and support tools.
- Basic networking knowledge (VPN, LAN, WAN).
- Experience with databases and server management is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in technical support or IT operations.
- Certifications in networking or system administration are a plus.
